Manager - Campus Recruitment  - The role will have specific responsibility for overall relationship management with some of the key Universities, coordinating recruiting activities and events on campus, and ensuring seamless delivery of candidate assessments and offers. This role shall play an extended role in managing some of the internal stakeholders across multiple functional groups, as well as broader relationship management with human resources colleagues.  - Project management of campus recruitment initiatives, which may include:  - Partner in Project management for the American Express India Campus Recruitment Program  - This person will support the Intern Program, both in planning and execution of various program components.   - Enhancement and streamline existing campus recruitment process including, the summer internship program, assessment and selection, candidate tracking and reporting  - Partner with extended human resources functional areas to develop and/or improve development and training and successful on-boarding for campus recruits  - The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing the recruiting metrics and external data throughout the recruiting season. Management of the recruitment and selection process with targeted top business schools:  - Continuously engage with the selected candidate to drive the offer and acceptance process, acting as key point of contact between BU, HR and student  - Act as a central point of contact for all adhoc campus related issues  - Ensure web channels are constantly updated with Job information/Branding  Qualifications:  - The successful candidate should have at least 4 years of work experience in HR / Campus Recruitment, with experience recruiting at key IIMs and IITs in India.   - Proven project management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes.   - Ability to forge strong business relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners  - Excellent customer service skills and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment   - Desire to serve organization as part of a global, internally and externally focused team   - Demonstrated relationship and consultancy skills along with superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present on subject matter   - High attention to detail, execution, and timeliness   - Sound Excel and Powerpoint skills  If interested, click on the apply button below -
