Job Summary:  - Supporting the planning and scheduling business functions with the MRS solution.  - Supporting an integrated MRS solution with the Sales, Services and Projects functional areas.  - Participate in requirements analysis.  - Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.  - Maintain and upgrade legacy MRS systems.  - Complete and test ETL tools for database schema changes.  Minimum Job Qualifications:  - Proven experience developing or maintaining SAP MRS Systems solutions.  - Experience with deploying and supporting MRS solutions for scheduling personnel, equipment, tooling and rentals.  - Good knowledge of MRS features and functionality, assignment types, time allocation types, planning board setup.  - PM Integration, good knowledge on PM Mastercdata, Scheduling, PM/CS order life-cycle, splits.  - HR Integration, good knowledge of the Infotypes 0000, 0001, 0007, 2001, 2002 & 2003. Knowledge of time management, set up work schedule rules.  Preferred Qualifications:  - MRS Qualifications.  - Ability to analyze HR qualifications and map to MRS, structured skills, unstructured skills, additional skills, competency matching, availability percentage calculation,profile maintenance, employee and requirement profiles.  - Ability to analyze and debug ABAP programs.  - Familiarity with ETL (Extract Transform Load) systems.  - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.  - Meticulous attention to detail.  - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.  Required Licenses/Certifications:  - Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).  - Serve as an expert on SAP MRS applications and provide technical support.
