Camellia Clothing - Techno Functional Analyst - eCommerce

- Position title: Techno - functional Analyst

- Location: Bangalore

- Responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of functional solutions (including User Acceptance Testing)

- Handle day-to-day management of assigned projects and prioritize workload to ensure project deadlines are met

- Mentor staff to achieve self-reliance with the software development tools and utilities

- Identify processes for improvement, document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between current processes and product capabilities

- Assist the business in maintaining the website which includes activities like product info updation, resolving order processing issues, etc.,

- Write software user manuals and technical documentation

Skills

- Minimum 2 years of previous project management experience managing integrated eCommerce B2B/B2C projects in a consulting role.

- Good knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods and Business Analysis.

- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of online applications, web development, eCommerce, development frameworks and tool sets.

- Experience in the Consumer Products Industry with an understanding of eCommerce success factors is highly desirable.

- The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated strategic thinking, and creative problem solving abilities, to assist in meeting company and team goals.

- Motivated self-starter with high energy level, a passion for ecommerce, and a willingness to do what it takes to create great work.

- Works well in a highly collaborative environment.

- Excellent leadership potential, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Knowledge of PHP, mySQL, Functioning of the ERP system, Web Analytics, SEO is preferred

- Experience: 6-8 years

- Preferebly hands on experience in E - commerce companies

- Bachelor's degree or MCA or MBA

Salary :7 - 10 lacs
