CallHealth - Operations Lead

Job Purpose

- The Head of Operations will plan, direct and manage the performance of all internal operations, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the overall strategy.

Main Accountabilities

- Conduct ongoing strategic planning for all practices

- Monitor practice performance; review and approve monthly financials.

- Evaluate practice productivity and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Evaluate new growth opportunities (diversification, expansion, or creation); review and approve any candidates for acquisition.

- Assist with new practice integration.

- Provide review and assistance for contract management of employed physicians, partnered hospitals and third-party payers.

- Assist with marketing all regional practices.

- Coordinate monthly financial and operational reviews with Regional President and Regional Vice President.

- Coordinate accounts receivable and contract performance reviews for each of the practices.

- Review and approve annual budgets.

- Maintain strong relations with hospital administrations; provide annual report.

- Act as point of contact for all practices and hospital administrations within your region.

- Responsible for evaluation of Business Development Models.

- Responsible for employee and hospital contracts.

- Coordinate effectively with the Operations Managers to ensure that negotiations with third party payers are handled appropriately.

- Responsible for signing off on the annual reports (ensuring that all known, relevant information has been incorporated into the projections).
