The Head Field Operations is a key member of the management team and is responsible for the leadership and delivery of equipment utilized to enhance operational effectiveness across the organization, specifically in the field and warehouse operations.   - This individual will provide broad functional and technical expertise to lead and motivate a diverse and geographically dispersed team of Field Support Specialists who operate in a high demand I time sensitive environment.   - The Field Support team provides support to end-users by installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining numerous and diverse types of software and hardware in support of the business offices and warehouses. In addition, the person filling this role will track core metrics necessary to drive the advancement of field operational activities.   - To be successful in this role, the incumbent, Field Operations must oversee the implementation of best practices in the field, build and maintain strong and strategic partnerships across the organization, and quickly gain an understanding of the business needs.   - The incumbent, Field Operations will collaborate and coordinate with members of the team during the requirements, design, procurement, and implementation of field and warehouse solutions, while remaining in compliance with internal processes that support these activities.  Main Accountabilities:  - Manage an assigned set of Point of presence (POP) for business growth.  - Develop best practices and standard tools to improve operational efficiency.   - Provide guidance and support to field officers (Nursing - BSc Nursing/ GNM )  - Address all issues and concerns relating to the field officers  - Address all issues and concerns relating to the field office operations.( including vehicles, inventory, customer feedback, meeting TAT, all operational metrics )   - Monitor and manage filed office expenses within assigned budget.   - Plan and schedule appropriate training programs for re fresher & up skilling .   - To ensure field operations are in compliance with the local laws  - Collaborate with HR team to determine salary hike, allowances, payments, etc.   - Develop operational policies and procedures   - Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports.   - He/she is responsible for planning, organizing and evaluating the assigned area according to the assigned schedule and given specifications.   - He/she prepares these schedules and monitors the work progress against assigned tasks and allotted budget.   - He/she is responsible for process compliance (medical / non medical), upgrading / updating the processes in the desired manner   - He/she conducts meetings regularly and implements various quality control programs to reach the required standards.   - He/she makes sure that all the targets are achieved by adhering to the health and safety regulations.  - Ensures team retention / team engagement as per the organization norms   - Should have handled large team sizes - 150 + employees at any point in time
