BYKUP is creating a new line of urban transport that will create a ride sharing platform for bikers and riders.   We are looking for highly effective and self motivated Project Manager to develop a highly scalable app and backend mechanics which is extremely simple from front end and highly efficient from back end to enable fastest use cases for commuters.   Role:   - Part of the core team in defining product strategy, roadmap and execution   - Design and Lead Mean Stack Servers and Android +other Mobile app Development.   - Initiate, prioritise and deliver product features from start to finish - write specs, work cross-functionally with engineering, design & marketing teams to launch features, A/B test, analyze results and iterate on product   - You should be a hard-core technology person, having 7+ years of experience on multiple development platforms, like on Windows using dot net and SQL server; on Linux/ Unix using PhP, Perl, Ruby, MySQL, Mongodb, PostgresDB; ANDROID Mobile app platforms, etc.   - 360 degree knowledge of mobile application development on Android, iOS, Windows phone and Blackberry.   - Application and backend development on Windows using dot net and SQL server hosted on AWS / AZURE.   Desired experience :   We are looking for someone with following qualifications:   - An Engineer from a top Premier school like IIT/NIT/BITS   - A minimum of 3-4 years of coding and full stack development experience   - Excellent product management skills   - High intelligence with creativity in thought   - Hunger to achieve   - Please note this is Salary + equity role.   Desired Personal Traits :   - Strong Academic Background. Not necessary but IIT/NIT/BITS preferred.   - Willingness to join a High risk high growth Startup   - Relocate to Jaipur or any other place if company base moves   - Potential to manage multi roles as well as be self motivated to lead the work on complex problems
