Position: Business Unit Head – Banking & Financial Services Vertical

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience:12 – 15 years ,at least 5 years experiemce in Banking & Financial Services vertical.

Education:Preferrably BE with or MBA

Reporting to: CEO

Responsibilities:

- P&L Ownership

- Should be able to manage independently all aspects of the vertical including P&L

- Manage the sales team with aggressive sales targets

- To recognize new business opportunities and get the offerings/ solutions developed inhouse or through alliances

- To head the unit and grow the business aggressively.

- Experience in IT solutions sales & business development

- Customer Relationships

- New Business Acquisition & Business Development

- Domain knowledge & Competencies

- Develop alliances & partnerships

- Solutions development & new products offerings in the vertical
