Job Description: 

1. Successfully carry out process re-engineering projects and process reviews. 

2. Identify process improvement opportunities in the business regarding Quality, Cost and Delivery. 

3. Provide project management capability, manage and control projects throughout their lifecycle. 

Job Skills: 

1. Six Sigma Black Belt Certified mandatory. 

2. Have handled corporate quality projects especially for BFSI/ BPO/ KPO / Banking. 

3. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
