Business Systems Analyst - IT

- Strong working knowledge of FTS Systems (i.e. GMAX, CODA), familiarity with other FTS Core Systems, System workflow & System Data is a requirement Strong working knowledge or experience in business analysis for projects, working with financial and /; or securities systems and related reporting tools

- Technical writing/training, when required

- Strong working knowledge of investment management operations, systems and Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to perform computer systems and process analysis, data analysis, and conversion of data

- Strong working knowledge of Securities, financial services, or accounting industry

- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to research topics as requested and to carry out instruction to develop concept framework for system design and delivery.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well with a variety of different people and levels.

- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

- Ability to prioritize work and deliver expected results within established and often aggressive timelines.

- Excellent planning and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

- Broad knowledge of current and evolving technologies related to FTS operations.

- An understanding of software development processes and data storage is desirable.
