Job Description :
8-10 years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both.
Acts as a liaison between EIT Offshore Transitions and technology groups on planning and conducting the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Acts as focal point for all tool support requests from team and prioritizes requests for development teams. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes
Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
Some of the responsibilities would be around supporting:
A. EIT Offshore Transitions
In-Take Requests & Assessment process - a centralized in-take request process for all EIT offshore transitions requiring legal and risk approvals, coordinating the completion of required strategic assessments, consulting on opportunities for transition efficiencies, ensuring hand-off to transition management, identifying and implementing process improvements.
B. Legal, Risk and Recruitment Clearinghouses
gathering statistics and data points used in Legal, Risk and Recruitment clearinghouses meetings, ensuring updated transition information in SharePoint trackers and managing governance functions, including tracking, alerting and reporting on compliance to Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) for key transitions milestones.
