Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. The GTIN practice is being grown aggressively to service overseas markets and is has grown from startup to over 1200 consultants today.
The Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) practice within the GTIN organization focuses on clients in:
- Communications – telecommunications providers, cable television companies, wireless and satellite carriers, broadcast, internet and interactive service providers
- Media and Entertainment – entertainment, publishing, printing, and advertising industry
- Electronics & High Tech (E&HT) – aerospace & defense, communications equipment, computer hardware, consumer electronics, data storage equipment, office equipment, semiconductor, and software manufacturers
This role is for a Business Process Design Analysts in the Communications practice who will provide domain skills to help clients design and implement their business strategies, to improve processes by mapping processes to industry standards, by streamlining process and business workflow modeling.
- Project Delivery: Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. Responsibilities may include:
- Business workflow modeling
- Mapping & analyzing As-Is process; New Process Modeling and developing To-Be processes
- Implementing reengineered processes
- Streamlining processes & driving existing Process improvement
- Customer experience design and delivery
- Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the CMT practice
- Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in wire line/ wireless industry.
- Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral
Experience:
- Specific experiences will include:
- 2-8 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience;
- Strong telecom industry background and experience with experience in Business Process Design
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple functions (e.g. finance, KX, Research, etc)
- Consulting or functional experience for operators / service providers wire line or wireless in the areas of:
- Sales and Sales Operations
- Order Capture and Fulfillment
- Billing & Collections
- Service / Revenue Assurance
- Process transitioning & implementation
- Process benchmarking
- Experience working on a large-scale Business Strategy Design or Transformation project preferred
- Experience working with senior level executives
- MBA from a Tier 1/2 B School.
- Global exposure is desirable.

- Understanding and articulating complex business issues/Telecom processes and addressing them with appropriate solutions
