Business Operations Manager - Healthcare Technology Startup - IIM/ISB/XLRI/IIT/BITS

We are a healthcare technology start-up looking to disrupt the psychological wellness/mental health provision. We are based out of Mumbai with the medical founders who have significant healthcare experience in India and internationally, alongside expertise in building and running large scale healthcare businesses and delivering health online. We are looking for a Business Manager - operations to join our young and energetic team.

The team:

The founders have nearly 30 year of experience in the mental health/psychological wellness space and have worked both in India and abroad. We have significant experience of delivering psychological wellness online and are now translating this into a scalable platform. In addition to our rapidly growing team of professionals, we are working with two technology teams to develop our platform and are expecting to launch v1 imminently.

The Venture:

The platform will deliver psychological wellness and expertise to people using a range of modalities and mediums - all enabled by technology. We are all passionate about changing lives of millions of people needing psychological support in all aspects of their lives.

Attributes:

- At least 2 years experience in operations/consulting

- Self-starter with dynamic personality.

- Analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities

- Strong project management skills with disciplined approach to deliverables with non-negotiable timelines.

- Ability to work under pressure

- Team player; must get along well with colleagues at all levels

- Experience of handling a team will be a major plus

- Excellent documentation and process mapping skills

- Strong people management skills working with diverse

- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- High attention to detail & strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Given the nature of start-up businesses, willingness to muck in with everything

Key Responsibilities:

- This is a highly cross-functional role with a strong knack for getting stuff done.

- Work closely with diverse teams to ensure delivery of organisational objectives.

- A mix of strategizing, planning and hands on execution.

- Setting up scalable processes to ensure seamless execution of customer facing online services/products

- Create and implement standard operating procedures along with the founders

- Setting up and managing partnerships with therapists, recruitment agencies and various vendors with a long term vision

- Being the key point of contact for the product/technology team to continuously ensure the optimal man-machine interface

- Team expansion and management, as and when required

Qualifications:

Graduate from top-tier school - IIT/BIT
