Job Objective : To Manage HR Function as HR head for India, and to be accountable for overall HR operations of the organization.

Responsibilities :

Manpower Planning and Budgeting : Strategizing the long term/ short-term directions by forecasting the future manpower requirement and developing and make and ensure adherence to the HR budget for smooth execution of day-to-day operations, and attainment of business excellence in operational matters.

Talent Acquisition : Identification of human resource requirement from various departmental heads to understand the desired profile and align with the organization competency dictionary to create the job description, sourcing from the various portals, referrals, database and vendors to full fill the position timely.

On-boarding : Lead pre and post induction activities. Devise new hires induction schedules and connecting with the new employee and ensure smooth on-boarding of new hires. Learning and Development, Align with the organization's strategies and vision to conceptualizing & effectuating training & development initiatives and identifying training needs, planning, scheduling, conducting and evaluating training programs. Plan and develop competencies based training and align with career development programs with a focus on retaining existing talent and reducing employee turnover.

Performance Management : Align with the organization's strategies and core values and define the process.

- Coordinate with Department Heads for developing Key services, departmental goal and competencies to perform through personal business plan (PBP), Make employee and supervisor aware of PMS process and ensure timely diagnosis and completion of all phases of the appraisal cycle and presenting the outcome of employees performance to management for merit increment.

Career Continuum :

- Identify Deep Picks and high potential employees and make progression & succession plan.

- Motivate employees to learn from others through - Mentoring Partnership and ensure completion of all phases with their learning and feedback.

Compensation & Benefits : Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and align company's strategy and business goals. Implementing Compensation and Benefits programs, participate in the market surveys to align the C&B programs and spearhead payroll processing for the organization, ensure timely disbursement of correct salary and reimbursement, guide and resolve the day to day salary and tax benefits related queries of the employees. Lead the HR Budget process and ensure the same is in sync with Business prerogatives and the plan.

Employee Engagement and Reward & Recognition : Conceptualize and align various engagement activities and events with organization workforce to enhance the healthy working culture. Design and implement various R&R policies to get impression of the extra ordinary work. Participate in the excellence employee's satisfaction surveys to get the health of the organization to take corrective action timely.

Human Resource Information System (HRIS) : Plan, direct, and coordinate HRIS activities of an organization to maximize the use of human resources and maintain functions. Updating & maintaining employees data through the Workday . Actively involved in effective functioning of organization's HRIS to take appropriate decision.

Exits & Attrition Management : Accomplish right feedback from exit employees to analysis and Interpretation about the organization and help to take appropriate decision to control the attrition.

Personnel/Industrial Relation and Administration : Ensure all statutory compliances as per schedule under various Labor Laws like PF, ESI, Factories Act and Contract Labor Act. Maintaining peaceful industrial relations climate by positive engagement of the workforce. Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial relations and achieve dedication of the employees.

Domain Skills :

- Designing HR processes

- Holistic understanding of HR Systems, Knowledge and experience to enhance the Image of the department.

- Initiating KRA, Goal setting, Competency Mapping, TNI and align with Performance Management.

- Performance management process by coaching and advising the Line managers.

- Identify deep picks and high potential employees and make progression and succession plan.

- Design competency based Learning and Development system to identify training and developmental needs of employees and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.

- Devise the career development through the career development model.

- Align the employee development with Mentoring partnership.

- Designed the hiring and training process of hourly employees, which help to reduce the attrition.

- Align HR systems as per customer feedback and implementation accordingly to enhance the trust of customers.

- Designing various employee engagement programs to motivate employees.

- Attracting and engaging employees with celebrate TGIS, Birthday, Excellence week, Festival, Safety week, Quality Month etc.

- Manpower planning and budgeting, forecast and monitoring the cost.

- Designing Reward and Recognition process which help to increase the productivity of the Plant.

- Devise various corporate social responsibility initiatives.

- Conceptualize to implement various engagement activities
