Position Objective : To Manage HR Function as HR head for India, and to be accountable for overall HR operations of the organization.

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities

- Serve as strategic and proactive partner to the management team members by integrating HR strategies into organization's overall mission and operational strategy.

- Transformational Leadership: Should have big picture orientation with ability to embrace company vision and articulate those for others to follow;

- Develop recruitment and retention programs for the organization to complement its high growth trajectory;

- Develop and maintain vast and varied professional relationships to expand recruitment networks;

- Implement and create stimulating modern human resource practices;

- Develop, communicate and implement state- of- the- art performance evaluation tools, methods and formats;

- Develop the employee appraisal system to identify training needs, recognize and reward performance and maximize transparency;

- Develop and organize programs for employee training motivation, team building and morale;

- Contribute towards developing sense of ownership within the organization;

- Coordinate, assist and advise human resources personnel across various locations and all employees across the organization in human resource matters;

- Ensure adherence to human resources rules and regulations;

- Open and develop channels of communication within the organization, by ensuring correct and timely feedback and prompt decisions;

- Responsible for overall administration and classification of compensation for the organization.

- Develop and/or review - Best Practices- periodically;

- Conduct and participate in annual - like organization- surveys to ensure competitive compensation and benefit plans;

- Maintain an up-to-date HR Policy and Procedure manual and Employee Handbook;

- Maintain an up-to-date organization chart;

Profile

Qualification Experience

Graduates/Engineering Graduates with an MBA degree in HR.

Minimum 4-5 years experience in reasonably senior capacities in the HR functions.
