Business Manager for COO at a Leading MNC

Role:

- Closely manage relationships with key stakeholders

- Understand and validate metrics for current processes or projects

- Effectively present financial impact of business decisions

- Establish and ensure adherence to global guidelines, governance standards, tools, processes, and controls

- Work with stakeholders where appropriate, to identify and commit appropriate staff resources to meet current and future resource requirements

- Understand changes in the environment and business, and respond quickly by taking approriate strategic or tactical measures

- Single point of contact for the India COO, for all presentations, reports and MIS reports to senior management

Requirements:

- Post-Graduate with 8-10 yrs of MIS, Project Management, Finance Experience

- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, project Management, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and complex situations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Flexible problem-solver, open minded to receiving input from colleagues
