We are a fast growing e-commerce company, looking for Business Managers who shall be responsible to maximize sales from the different business channels and uses his creative thinking to deliver on those expectations in a timely and practical manner.  Job Expectations:  These Business Managers should have the stature to be able to engage effectively at the level of Assistant Managers in order to drive business from the sales channel -- to be able to get the following:  1. payments released in time as per SLA and continually negotiate better payment cycles to reduce working capital requirements  2. financial support by way of adhoc payments to increase the size of business to Rs. 100 crore for the market a Business Manager manages  3. go together to NBFC / banks for financial support  4. promote volume sales to enhance revenue and reduce costs  5. Achieve extra-ordinary results: A Business Manager will be given an online "market" of Rs. 25 crore with the responsibility to grow it to Rs. 100 crore in 12 months  Qualifications:  1. MBA from a UGC approved University or AICTE approved PGDM, with a minimum of 55% in all the 4 examinations since 10th  2. Physical: A keen sports-person, with a proven track record of achievements in any of the sports, NSS, NCC, community service, etc.; minimum height 170 cm, preferred 178 cm or more for men, 165 cm for women; chest for men: minimum 81 cm chest in an unexpanded state and with expansion it should be minimum 85 cm -- minimum expansion has to be 4 cm; must be of sound state of health, free from defect, deformity or disease; both eyes should have a vision 6/6 (with or without glasses) and no color blindness.  3. Experience: A proven track record of 4-6 years achieving sales through win/win negotiations in any consumer industry, of which at least 1-2 years should be as a manager  Compensation: 5-8 lac /annum in C-band  Total# of open positions: 10
