Job Description:  - To lead a Business Intelligence Development Team whose purpose is to manage all aspects of reports development for the Business Teams.   - To ensure reports are designed and developed in accordance with specifications describing business requirements.   - Maintain high levels of quality through management of an assurance process working closely with Business teams  This is an extremely critical role for the organization and key responsibilities are:  - Responsible for understanding the business problems and defining, analyzing and communicating key metrics and business trends to the management teams  - To deliver a high quality, responsive and efficient BI development service supporting through delivery of reports and dashboards  - Execute drill through ad-hoc quantitative analyses that translates data into actionable insights  - Drive data driven decision making through the stake holders  - Would handle a team of 2-3 data analyst to ensure the smooth functioning  Desired Profile:   - 3+ Years of mandatory experience in Business Intelligence / analytics / Strategy consulting, with overall experience of 4-6 years  - Has ability to work in an extremely fast paced, unstructured environment, with quick around times  - Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills to solve complex problems  - Strong communication, presentation and project management skills  - Technical capabilities: Understands DWH, Data model, Proficient in SQL querying, MySQL, Excel /VBA, Tableau
