Description : A leadership role with one of our global clients in the specialty chemicals space with responsibility for the Pan India Operations of an entire Business unit,

Client Details :

Our client is a UK based division of a highly respected global group with a successful sales network across Europe. They are intent upon executing a strategic expansion strategy and increasing market share.

Job Description :

- Reporting directly to the CEO you will have full commercial P&L with responsibility for delivering profitable growth.

- To maximize sales returns on the company's forthcoming strategy interfacing effectively with main board members

- To proactively manage the growth of profitable customer accounts in strategically agreed market sectors across the Indian Subcontinent

Profile :

- Ideally an MBA from a top tier B school you will have a proven track record of sales delivery through a member of sales channels

- Potentially from a flexible packaging/specialty chemicals/paints/inks and/or coating background and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders within the organization as well as outside of it.

- Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills through a stellar track record of growing a business within the Indian subcontinent

- You will be conversant with commercial marketing and have experience of branded merchandise with a broad customer base
