- The incumbent need to be entrepreneurial leader with higher ambition and Hungry - to grow / think big so can help world top Pharma Company (World top 10) to grow its business further & establish a benchmark.

- The incumbent need to play Market Shaping role for category which is growing 30% YOY and brand already a market leader

- The Incumbent should have prior FMCG sales/Marketing Experience & have managed scalable operations.

- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, & Managing people. Should have managed scale & needs to have a high learning agility.

- Management consulting background will be an added advantage

Age : 35+ years with country manager readiness by 40.

- Must have an MBA (Equivalent) education qualification either from Top Indian or Global Management Institute.
