Business Head - Paints

Our Client :

An award winning global company associated with a leading brand.

The Role :

Lead the business in India with accountability for success of the brand in India market. Encompasses scaling up of the organisation.

The Person for the role :

A self-starter, go getter with total experience of about 12 to 18 years in sales / business leadership with at least 5 to 10 years in wood coatings business.

Proven leadership experience in managing key stakeholders including investors, customers and team members

Hands on experience in setting up and managing sales and distribution channels for the paint business preferably in wood coatings space.
