Business Head - IT Infrastructure

Responsibilities :

1. Understand the IT Infrastructure Business Module

2. Handle Marketing, Delivery, Implementation and Maintenance Team

3. Manage entire business cycle from pre-sales to post sales activities

4. Achieve recurring business from the existing clients (corporate and government)

5. Develop new business ventures and actively be involved in professional networking

6. Manage and generate bond with OEMs and Vendors to execute the procured business projects

7. Must have good knowledge about the network, storage, security, surveillance, Oracle professional licensing, Cisco and IBM products

We need candidates who have proven track records and also have done the following :

1. Develop short and long term business plans for the company.

2. Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new clientele for products and services.

3. Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and Increasing Profitability.

4. Identifying Target Markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.

5. Producing Sales Reports to monitor results: Forecast for the month & Actual achievement.

6. Work as part of an agile team on leading edge technologies.

7. Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.

8. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

9. Manage collection process to maintain credible receivable including establishing relationships with clients

10. Review customer accounts on a regular basis to maintain an appropriate level of credit risk

11. Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.

12. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors

13. Participate in the development of new project proposals.

14. Sharing new information with the team and keeping them informed of developments.

15. Managing the team of Marketing Managers, Business Development and tender business execution team
