- A good Understanding of Internet /Retail/Telesales space is desirable

- Highly energetic, business savvy management professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals

- Should have made a significant business impact / transformation in the previous assignments.

- Should have the potential to manage large cross functional teams across India.

- Post-graduation in Business Management from a Tier I management institution.(Mandatory)

- Business Strategy. Planning, Direction, Implementation and Operations

- P & L: Responsible for driving the revenue, controlling costs and ensuring profitability

- Marketing: Responsible for online and offline marketing (ATL/BTL) to acquire and retain customers and brand visibility, affinity and experience.
