Must have lead a cross-functional team of 10+ and the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and mentor a team.  Responsibilities:  1) Lead an inter-disciplinary team consisting of user UX designers, Visual Designers, and Project Managers.  2) Be ultimately accountable for the P&L of the business including revenue and profitability, growth and expenses.  3) An understanding of usability oriented design, web and mobile technologies and how it can be used effectively to help achieve business goals is a big advantage.
