Job Description - In line with the global vision of the company to provide better life through better sight to all the people around the world, 2.5 NVG is a new business entity aiming to provide vision access to the 2.5 billion people in the world who currently do not have access to vision correction. 2.5 NVG aims to do this by providing products/solutions adapted to the needs of this segment of people. 2.5 NVG will be an inclusive business aiming to be sustainable and quickly profitable. The key countries for the initial pilot are India, China, Brazil, Mexico, Cambodia and Indonesia. This will be followed by other countries soon.

- P&L responsibility for 2.5 NVG India business vertical

- Ensure the sales numbers, new wearers target etc are achieved and each project is meeting the set objectives -

- Ensure that costs incurred are in line with budget

- Manage the relationship with project partners

- Explore possibilities of forging tieups with new partners.

- Lead the team of Business Managers in the present NVG India Org structure.

- Work closely with the India management for aligning the NVG India strategy along with the country strategy

- Report to VP South & South East Asia

- Alignment with ambition and milestones

- New initiatives planned and managing of the existing initiatives

- New partnerships forged

- Sales, new wearers and profits generated through these initiatives

The Successful Candidate - Work ex - Abt 15 years

- Management Graduate from a premier institute (XIM-B, IRMA, IIFM, TISS, IIM etc)

- Specialization in Sales & Marketing

- Previous experience of working in Social Business/Rural Sales

- Strong exposure to rural markets and with products/service targeted towards the rural market

- Ability to drive and influence others

- Travel 50% of time

- Have to be very good in communication both verbal & written

- Should have managed a team

- Should have a good understanding of basic commercials and finance
