- Business Head for Events will be responsible for Creating experiences through large scale events.  - Ability to function and adapt seamlessly in multiple roles from event producer to idea generator to team leader to crisis manager.  - Will be responsible for complete 360 degrees solutions from Trade Shows, Promotions, Events, Database Management, Audience Measurement.  - Excellent contacts in the industry   - Ability to conceptualize big event platforms   - Ability to think global and have contacts to source international speakers   - Global event exposure will be helpful, especially in Middle East and South East Asian markets   - Experience in corporate and Bollywood platforms is desired   - Expertise in event execution and P&L management   - Ability to work in a matrix structure   - High energy and passionate individual with pleasing personality   Experience - 10-15 years   Currently at GM/AVP level   - Educational background: MBA from good (tier 1/ tier 2) b-school  - Superlative interpersonal and presentation skills  - Ability to multi-task and work with a cross-functional team  - Experience in handling clients across verticals  - Proven experience in B2B & B2C events and promotions  - Understanding of brand positioning, creative design & production   Qualification:  - A degree in any discipline. A management degree is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership qualities and analytical skills are a must.
