We Have an opening in Mumbai Location position BUSINESS HEAD.  Event Management Company  Job Responsibility:  1) Should be able to leverage industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations for a client's Below The Line marketing thrust. Attend meetings & should be able to Interpreting Clients Brief. Anticipating and Planning according to Clients Brief and converting brief into business.   2) Good at planning and supervision: making event & activation proposals, conceptualization of event proposals, making budgets, creative supervision, quality control, assigning jobs/roles with respect to the event to other team members, making plan of action, taking updates, risk management (event specific) and problem solving.  3) Should be able to collaborate with a larger team of strategic ideators, copywriters and artists to originate and extend positioning and messaging strategies into strategic and tactical marketing campaigns  4) Sharing a winning cost proposal with client. with an intellectual presentation and cost effective commercial proposal confirm the project.   5) Should be able to plugged into the latest trends in media and technology and possess an ability to weave them into campaigns   6) Should be able to collaborate with Creative Directors to custodian the creative development process to ensure that the final output is - on strategy- and as per brief   7) Should be able to create brand inspired campaigns geared towards delivering impact in the BTL space   8) Should be able to collaborate with your counterparts from Copy, Art, Technology. Follow up with the client for the payment as per the due date of bills as well as feedback. Co-ordination with Internal Team and external Vendors for effective completion of the project.   9) Should have 8- 15 years of planning experience with a proven expertise in building cross platform integrated campaigns, the deliver real results in the below-the-line space  10) Should have event business experience   Desired Skills & Experience   1) Leadership skills  2) Good in planning and achieving company targets   3) Building good relationship with clients   4) Good communication skills (written & verbal)  5) Strategic thinker
