Looking for a Business Head to drive an exciting new unit by combining media, content and creative ideas.   POSITION DESCRIPTION:  - Revenue and profit responsibility. Hire, structure, lead and develop teams across functions.  - Manage overall business strategy, pitching content solutions to brands, agencies and other potential external business partners.   - Pitch ideas to brands for the sole purpose of using compelling and engaging idea based content as a means of brand communication, reaching the TG in a subtle environment of content consumption.   - Lead and demonstrate excellence in implementation.   - Ensure best in class external documentation, pitch presentations, commercial and legal agreements.   - Present a professional and - switched on- face for the company across the industry and enhance company reputation as a content leader specialist.  - Oversee all business project financials, timelines and deliverables, and report to the CEO on a weekly basis. Ensure client businesses grow through sound strategic and creative ideas.   - Create and execute best in market strategy and ideas. Inspire and maintain confidence of clients as the best partner for delivering digital success through periodic reviews and measurement.  - People development - conduct workshops, organise training programs, help develop team's skills to take on greater responsibilities.   Will report to the CEO of the organization.  CANDIDATE PROFILE:   - MBA from leading Business School, with overall experience of 12-15 years, of which at least 4 must be in a digital organisation in advertising/ brand building/ media/ publishing/ content.   - Must have Mumbai market experience. Sales experience useful.   - Must have demonstrated record of building multi-functional teams comprising creative and account management / business development.   - Must currently hold the knowledge and understanding of the digital medium and the technology used, in all its forms (mobile, social, media and web).  - Confident, composed and mature - with a keen desire to win.   Ambitious, entrepreneurial media professionals with deep digital experience are requested to please apply
