Business Head- Digital marketing
- Lead & Drive Sales strategies to ensure Distribution expansion
- To manage the P & L of the DMT Business
- To spearhead the Marketing strategy & drive marketing initiatives including Brand's visibility in the market, developing consumer understanding through Market Research, driving BTL activities
- To lead Key Accounts vertical & develop Strategy to acquire Bulk accounts
- New product launches, Sales Strategy and Planning
- Identify consumer segments and devise strategic plans to achieve the volume growth for DMT business
- Work closely with marketing group and HR to create consumer awareness and drive revenue, Manpower planning, recruitment, motivation and employee retention
- Identification and closure of new business verticals for Domestic money remittance
Sales Team productivity enhancement. :
- Responsible for Trade Margins and Distributor ROI.
- Roll out of special sales promotions. Visibility and Branding at point of sales and strategic locations.
- Training of sales staff, distributor sales team, Promoters and BCs/agents.
- Responsible for various S&D KPIs like revenues, acquisition, activating outlets, transacting outlets, site utilization, prepay documentation and quality, KRO management, Acquisition budget management and other sales activities.
- Shouldering responsibility of ensuring to keep 80% to 90% channel active
- Keep eyes open for competitors and make strategy accordingly.
- Product enhancement as per market need or user friendly.
- Accountable for increasing Market share of Domestic money remittance.
Candidate Specification :
Qualification : MBA - Marketing / PG - Marketing
Exp. :
- 10-15 years of exp. Out of which 4-5 years with domestic remittance industry.
- Preferably should have shouldered PAN India level role in earlier assignment with involvement in strategy planning and overseeing execution
- Strong skills in process-engineering and ability to get into atomic level of detail for all critical processes in the complete delivery chain.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, time sensitive organization with an unrelenting focus on overall customer experience and a clear sense of purpose
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships and work cross-functionally across teams in the organization.
- Exceptional thought leadership, people management and mentoring skills.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of technology and its role in supporting service delivery and operations in an eCommerce environment.
