Job Description:  - Expertise on Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Closed-Loop Analysis, Web Analytics, User Persona targeting, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Application Development.  - Drive and build the Digital business into a lead market brand.  - Work closely with the client teams to come up with yearlong and campaign specific media strategies.  - Must be knowledgeable in all areas of digital and a thought leader.  - Must understand all tools and be able to plan and build an effective digital product.  - Manage digital teams and grow revenues/ Understanding of P&L.  - Acquire new clients and offer the complete suite of digital services across digital communication, media, social media, search, mobile, etc.  - Plan approaches and pitches to the new clients.  - Build relationships with new clients to increase revenue.  - Identify opportunities for digital services that lead to increase in sales.  - Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met on a monthly basis.  Desired Skills & Experience:  - 8-12 years experience  - Must be result-oriented, and live by the mantra "Always Be Testing".  - Passion and pride in doing great work, and a desire to make a strong impact on the overall business.  - Interact with key clients independently. Address their complete digital marketing requirements.  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  Qualification:  - A degree in any discipline.
