They have their app that is available across multiple devices, where readers can browse; preview and purchase magazines of their choice with a single touch with a world class reading experience.

They stand out from other newsstands as it presents a unique revenue-share based business model to publishers, making it easy for them to distribute digital editions of their magazines globally with NO upfront cost. They have a self-service newsstand that offers publishers a host of special tools that simplifies the digital publishing process; along with its proprietary system, they have facilitated the move from print to digital for publication houses the world over through a one touch process.

The Context :

Our client is setting up a new business line around selling digital / mobile advertisements.

The Role :

The role is a part of the leadership team that entails setting up the new business line from scratch and driving revenue with P&L accountability.

It is a leadership role that involves full ownership of the business and its deliverables in terms of client acquisition, process, people, infrastructure.

The Person for the role :

An Entrepreneur in terms of thinking and execution. Mindset and passion to drive and value add to the business and make it a success. Ability to build a business line from scratch.

MBA from a premier institute with relevant leadership experience in selling digital / mobile advertisements.

Ideal person would be someone who understands and has sold 'premium brand advertising' with experience selling print ads previously and moved to selling digital / mobile ads currently.
