Focus on traditional channels to build distribution, visibility, volumes; direct the sales team & establish sales targets brand wise/ pack wise for turnover, profit & market share
Control inventory by analysis of stock movement based on secondary sales; analysis to accurately forecast sales & stock requirement; coordinate with logistics
Regularly financial review with the accounts manager to ensure that the budgeted top-line & profit targets are achieved
Periodic revision on business progress; regularly track sales trends, market developments & competition & share with marketing & management teams
Run the C& F in territory in co-ordination with logistic & regional accounts manager
Co-ordinate & execute all marketing & brand activities as per the calendar
Plan & implement a training calendar for team; quarterly territory SWOT analysis
MBA, 10-15 years experience, 35-45 years of age
