- Lead the tea, coffee and oil seed plantation lines of businesses to growth & profitability.
- Ensure that targets are met
- Identify improvement areas and drive cost reduction programs

- Remove any supply chain constraints through better planning and systems improvement
- Drive business culture
- Generate business through product development, customer & market segmentation, market development and customer & dealer relationship
