The company is a leading listed NBFC. Currently they have two business verticals :

Wholesale Lending : Majorly catering to Real Estate Project finance

SME / Retail lending : Majorly catering to secured loans - Equipment finance and Loan Against property, The ticket sizes ranges from Rs 20 Lacs to Rs 100 Lacs

- In addition, the company has a license for Housing finance and the company plans to launch Home Loan product soon.

- The company is listed in BSE / NSE. Currently they have about 500 employees and the loan book of around Rs 1200 crores. They have very limited leverage. They have capital of around Rs 1000 crores and a debt of around 150-200 crores.

- Low leverage puts them in a very good position to fund their future growth. They foresee a Loan book of around Rs 7500-8000 Crores over the next 5 years.

Role :

- Company is looking for a Business Head, who will majorly be responsible for Sales, Product Development and Collections for Affordable Housing / Rural Finance business

- Average ticket size expected in this business - Rs 10-25 Lacs

- The candidate must have strong exposure of handling mortgage / Home Loans in Tier 2/3/4 towns.

Salary Range : Rs 50-90 LPA
