Responsible for complete Finance, Business Analysis, Accounting, MIS, Budgets, Audits etc., reporting to Group Finance Controller with detailed responsibilities as follows:-  - Responsible for Annual Business Planning and Budgeting in close coordination with Business Unit Head  - Analyzing the business performance from the Owner's side and advising on various strategic things including looking at ADR's, Hotel performances, Operator performances, costings, revenue enhacement ways, return on investments  - Feasibility for new hotels and advising on the market situations for new properties  - Preparing, reviewing and finalizing monthly consolidated MIS reports with detailed reasoning for variance from Budget.  - Responsible for overall financial accounting and control of the division, including improvement in accounting and control processes.  - Monitoring of cash flow and fund management   - Improving reporting capabilities to monitor KPIs and sharing analysis with senior management for appropriate action  -Responsible for effectively tracking the CAPEX spending and understanding variances from budget & submitting regular feedback to the management.   - Preparation of annual consolidated financial statements consolidating in accordance with IFRS as per timeline  - Developing and implementing compliance framework, designing efficient internal control procedures across the business.   - Handling statutory with Big 4 auditors, internal audits and other types of periodic audits and implementing the audit recommendations in an efficient and timely manner.  - Initiate meetings to action out plan to meet budget and evaluation of usefulness of various reports to business units on ad hoc and periodic basis.  Experienced Needed :  - Ideally experience needed on Owner's side and Operator's side both in the hotel industry  - Extremely strong on Business Analysis  - AT least 8- 10 years of post CA experience is needed.  - Gulf or international experience will be preferred  - Should have worked with only 5 Star properties  - Only Hotel Background will be considered
