Business Engineering/Business Analysis - Private Banking - IT

Immediate hiring for Business Engineering/Business analysis people !!!!

Overall :

- Graduate with experience in leading complex business critical projects with prior experience of Business analysis.

- Minimum 8 years of Private Banking IT experience

- Knowledge of Private Banking. Exposure to Front Office tool would be an added advantage.

- Solid skills of Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Business Interaction with exposure to Private banking.

- Solid experience of business domain models and Requirement Management tools

- Good experience and understanding of end-to-end software development, including business analysis, testing and project management

- Solid communication skills

- Experience working with different time zones, cultures and vendors.

Business Knowledge :

- Domain knowledge of financial industry - Securities, Structure Products, Credit Risk Management, Derivatives, FX, Money Market

- Strong Knowledge of Private Banking domain - Advisory process, KYC, wealth management, Portfolio Management, Client Reporting, Valuations and Performance calculations

- Knowledge of Temenos products (T24, WealthManager)

Project Management Knowledge :

- Effective written and oral communication skills

- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, risk, budget and quality

- Ability to explain the requirement to the Technical & Testing Team

- Ability to communicate project status and performance to project stakeholders and management
