Job Specifications:  Experience 10+ Years  Qualification MBA (B.E. + MBA preferable)  Job Summary:  The person will be responsible for formulating strategies for overall business development of the organization promoting project and product sales of turnkey projects in pharma globally.  Soft skills required:  - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills are a necessity, including the ability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders.  - Accountability to deliver results, desire to succeed, self-motivation, resilience & tenacity.  - Ability to take independent lead to convert clients.  - Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.  - Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.  - A proven ability to deliver best on client management.  - Able to prioritize and multitask, to respond to change effectively and logically but quickly..  Area of operation:  - Responsible for overall business development for the organization globally.  - Appointing agents in the selected regions and ensuring they meet their targets.  - Building business relationships with client, creating a pipeline for expected projects.  - Track projects and tenders being floated through the generated leads and other networks.  - Research the contemporary market to gather market intelligence and track competitor moves.  - Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.  - Handling enquiries and tendering with existing and new clients.  - To promote the organization & its products through advertising, events, exhibitions & seminars to build awareness among target consultants, contractors, clients etc.   - To do the pre- sales activities e.g.-visit the consultant for product approval, getting the products in the list of makes  - To achieve sales targets on a quarterly/ yearly basis.  - Assign work and supervise the technical support team in BOQ and Offer preparation, float inquiries for products to reputed vendors, clarify all technical doubts from customer, get quotes and submit offer to customer (Project Scheduling; Production Line-up in Factory & Purchase Dept. for outsourced products.)  - Follow up with vendors, consultants and customers for feedback & closing techno- commercial offers.   - Negotiation, order finalization and handing over to the Execution Department for further process.  - Follow up with the execution department for delivery on time and also ensure that the execution is done within the given time frame.  - Prepare forecast/reports for expected projects.  - Coordination with Project Planning & Execution Department.
