Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development of Asia, you will be responsible for:

- Driving the growth strategy of the organization by working on various process improvement initiatives.

- Leading the assessment of special projects and new business opportunities, reviewing from a strategic and operational perspective to determine a recommended course of action.

- Applying an end to end approach to ensure regional plan realization.

- Performing analysis and creating transparency on performance improvements possible within the work stream.

- Working with business/ function heads to understand businesses and help implement solutions

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a MBA from one of the top tier business schools only, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the consulting or project management space.

- You must have had exposure of working on projects related to the consumer industry.

- You should have a proven track record of delivering projects in an internal/ external consulting role. A person with exposure to global/ regional projects will be preferred.

- You should have the ability to work in cross functional teams and excellent communication skills.
