Position Name: Business Development Manager - Water Purifier
Purpose of Position: The BDM - Water will be responsible for establishing the Network for Water Business in the assigned territory, Driving demand generation activities and delivering on the volume and value Targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing a network of water dealers with numeric / reach / city wise targets in mind
- Responsible for driving value and volumes objectives in water business for the Geography
- Responsible for ensuring local level demand generation actions to ensure off takes and healthy pipeline.
- To be the Single point of contact for all commercial discussions, ensuring 100% clear sign off and delivering on commercial norms.
- Responsible for handling a team of DSO, T3-T5 REs to ensure target achievement.
- To be the first point of escalation for service related issues and influence the service function network to deliver adequately geared to deliver on Trade and Consumer expectations
- Responsible for conducting training for Trade influencers, to ensure that category benefits which are adequately translated to the stakeholders
- Responsible for administering marketing collaterals / merchandise to ensure adequate visibility of the category in the Market.
- Responsible for Price / Scheme Management are integral to successfully deliver on this role.
Direct Reporting To: Branch Manager
Dotted Line Reporting to: Water Category Manager (Sales)
Direct Reports: Water DSOs
Qualification:
Preferably MBA, With 5+ Years of Experience in Frontline sales in Water, FMCD or Small Appliances
