- Responsible for identifying new merchants with his/her respective Social network.  - Analyze website traffic and provide recommendations, Conduct regular checks on the performance of Merchants Catalog.  - Coordinating with appropriate teams to manage online advertising, banner campaigns, text links and social media programs for different Merchants.  - Collect, integrate and synthesize information from various data sources  - Responsible for the overall Business Development.  - Client Visiting & Tie up and maintaining good relationship.  - Business Presentations to prospect clients.  - Taking care of the agreements with the clients/vendor.  - Ideating new innovative business development concepts and ensuring strategic pitching and smooth program execution for the same.  - Responsible for developing business requirements and related business rules based on Business Group or external client needs  - Create and maintain the strategic partnership between Business needs and Technology delivery in an agile development environment  - Work closely with managers, Business Partner and Business Subject Matter Expert(s) in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements  - Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis
