The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.  Position: Business Development Manager:  Location: Hyderabad  Experience: 8 to 12 yrs  Qualification: MBA  Responsibilities:  - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction  - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs  - Promote the company's products addressing or predicting clients- objectives  - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines  - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.  - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support  - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers  - Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.  - Support and drive exponential growth for the top of the funnel   - Be a great leader, coach, and manager to our BD team   - Be a great partner to the rest of the executive team   - Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates.  Prerequisite:  - Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role  - Proven track record in achieving revenue and profit targets  - Experience in Casino Gaming (Bingo, Slots, Poker- )  - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team   - Passionate customer advocacy  - Deep understanding of changing market dynamics  - Flawless English and can work with customers - and wow them on every interaction.  - Respecting every soul and maintaining the respectful culture.  - Management degree preferably from a Premier Institutes.  Note: Candidates from Casino Gaming / Online Gaming industry who has strong experience in US/UK markets are preferred to apply.
