- 3-6 years in Business Development.

- Candidate should have 3-4 years of on paper Experience.

- Candidate should have experience in RSP-RSI

- Should have exposure to working on selling call center services to US and UK geography

- Should have worked on quarterly revenue targets

- Experience From BPO Background

- Test on PPT and Excel.
