Business Controller - Emerging Markets  Position Objective: Contributes to the overall growth of the Region including the Business Planning and Financial Analysis processes, while also driving and enhancing continuous improvement of the business by identifying and implementing best business practice strategies and benchmarks across the Region.   Reporting Structure : Group President, Emerging Markets   Location : Mumbai   Detailed Role Responsibilities :  - Managing Profit And loss account for Emerging markets  - Analysis of financials by entity and consolidated level for emerging markets  - Margin analysis by product group/sku level/country level  - Driving margin improvement programs  - Controlling and analysis of cost and SGA  - Assisting Group president in financial matters  - Helping in setting up new entities in various regions and ensuring proper financial reporting  - Systematically cultivates and maintains long term collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.   - Provides inputs for the Business Planning process, helps in the development and tracking of short term and long term business plans under the guidance of the Group president.  - Compiles reports for the Group president ensuring succinct analysis on the business is provided and flags issues as and when they arise.  - Assists the Group president in compiling and monitoring the Key Performance Indicators for the different markets which will enable efficient assessment of current business objectives and future courses of action  - Anchors and drives all activities from the Group president's office including scheduling of necessary Review Meetings, taking meeting minutes, compiling, updating and doing necessary follow ups for documents, reports as and when they are required.  - Presents information and relevant data points to Group president on business metrics. Discerns patterns and trends from the information obtained, provides insights and makes recommendations for achieving agreed upon benchmarks.  - Other responsibilities include organizes internal and external events, sets up and maintains filing systems and Liaisons with internal and external contacts   Candidate Requirements :   - CA/ CFA / ICWA / MBA from a top tier Business School in India or abroad  - Experience of 5 to 8 years+ in similar role  - Team player who can also work on own initiative  - Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically  - Ability to demonstrate initiative, suggest improvements to current systems, as well as establish new processes  - Excellent Communication skills  - Competitive salary will be offered as per market standards  - Well versed with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint  Shiva Prasad 9986961117
