Years of Experience : 15 to 20 years

Work Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Qualification : MBA from Tier-1 Institute.

Job Description :

- Business process re-engineering/ improvement initiatives using structured methodologies

- Drive the process of Strategy Formulation, Planning & Strategy Implementation for a portfolio of business /corporate services

- Provide analytical support to businesses for effective Decision Making through simulation & optimization, process modeling, excel formulation and modeling

- Demonstrate understanding of customer interaction and engagement in insurance space

Desired Profile :

- Minimum 15+ in Insurance Consulting space

- Preferable to have executed consulting engagements in the Life Insurance domain

- Experience in successfully managing client relationships in large, complex engagements

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education :

- Engineering degree in computer science, electronics, electrical or related fields and Post-graduation in management or business administration
