Business Compliance Manager - Bank

Salary offered: 13 - 14 LPA

Job Role:

1. To manage compliance testing and monitoring programme for the bank

2. Monitor the compliance at 3 levels, Branch, Department and Organisation level

3. Testing of compliance obligations at Department /CO level covering policy and processes

4. Supervise the micro level compliance testing in coordination with Audit department for branches.

5. Monitor the submission of all regulatory and statutory returns across the bank .

6. To assist NCM to Provide functional support to internal departments in areas of compliance with regulatory bodies, dissemination of circulars issued by regulators etc.

7. Provide compliance monitoring trainings to Operations Department and other nodal officers in departments.

8. Provide training in compliance testing for Internal Auditors for branch level compliance testing

9. Keep abreast of the latest changes, if any, in the regulatory environment pertaining to the SFBs

10. Support NCM in compliance risk assessment and reporting to board

Candidate should have worked in Central Office either handling general compliance activities or retail compliance activities.

Total Experience of 9 Years with relevant experience of 5 year in case of Private Banks & 5 years of relevant experience with an experience in Public Sector Banks.

Experience in Monitoring & Auditing is mandatory along with regulatory interaction & dissemination of circulars and testing will be an added advantage.
