- Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or related discipline from premium institutes  - Extensive BA experience in Telecom/IT implementation projects  - Deep BA theory knowledge (BABOK, requirements management, business process modeling (methods, notations), UML, BPMN 2.0);  - CASE tools experience is a plus (Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, ERwin, equivalent);  - Basic understanding of the OSS market landscape including understanding of players in fulfillment, assurance, and billing spaces, the inventory players, auto-discovery players, etc  - Good understanding of databases and query languages (Oracle, SQL);  - Exp in the field of Data Analytic or Data Mining is a plus  - Work on NetcrackerBSS/OSS product development projects;   - Software development on Netcracker solutions implementation projects;   - Provide expertise and best practices on technical aspects of product development and implementation projects including performance;   - Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and detailed requirements;  - Integrating of all parts of the solutions and performing Integration testing;  - Supporting Release Management and Deployment of solution;  - Perform project-to-project and/or instance-to-instance data analysis, modelling & migration   - Good understanding of OSI Layers and working on the transport layer  - Data Migration Planning : Identify, document & validate data migration scope, risks, constraints, dependencies & assumptions  - Good knowledge on Source data Analysis, business rule definition, map and specify required transformations   - Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and a solution driven approach
