The group is a global professional services company focused exclusively on clinical and post-marketing drug safety and surveillance and risk management services and solutions.   - Foresight Group is specialized in providing IT and consulting services in the Pharmacovigilance domain with specialization in Safety Database services, Hosting and Managed Services, Analytics & Reporting and Signal Detection and Risk Management services.-   - Pharmacovigilance is the pharmacological science relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effects, particularly long term and short term side effects of medicines- .   Key Responsible Areas of Business Analyst - Technology Consulting (BA) :   - Experience BA role minimum of 1-4 years   - To act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, analyze and document functional requirements to the assigned project team as per defined business requirements of the client.   - Strong Consulting experience in Technology high end skills  - Perform gap analysis, solution design   - Single point of contact with clients & technical experts, write BRD (Business Requirement Documentation), functional test planning and test execution, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution and obtain signoff on Gaps.   - Strong Expertise on SQL or PL SQL  - Functional Test planning, Test design, development, planning and execution. Knowledge on in Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, UAT. Good knowledge in Mainframe testing. It includes - Test Planning & Review, Test Case Execution, Requirement Analysis, Defect Management, Mentoring & Training, Team management, Client interaction   - To maintain the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.   - To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the Functional Specification mapping to Business Requirements.   - To prepare and / or aid the preparation of UAT, test cases in line with functional requirements   - To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.   Education :   - BE   - Preferred Education- BE in CS and MBA   Must Have :   - Good communication skills - Ability to clearly communicate and express self in English   - Stability - No frequent job switches   - Experience in desired skills   - Location- Noida   - External client interface   - Technically Very Sound
