Business Analyst  Below mentioned are the details for an Opportunity with our esteemed Client - A Big 4 Consulting company.  Role : Business Analyst  Work Location : Bangalore  Candidate Location : Bangalore (Preferred), Chennai, Kochi & Hyderabad.  Education : Bachelor's/B.Tech./B.E./Master's Degree/MBA from reputed institute(s)  Work Division : Risk Consulting Practice  JD :  The analyst will work as an integral part of Project teams in India alongside clients and consultants in the U.S., performing business / process analysis and providing business recommendations to project teams.  Required Skills :   Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics:  - Demonstrated experience of working in a Project environment and developing Business Requirements Document (BRD), process flows by analyzing processes that include banking, organizational, application-related, operations etc.   - Must have experience in one or more of following - Wealth Management, Trade Operations specifically around trade capture, fund administration, prime brokerage, settlement, corporate actions, collateral management, pricing, securities reconciliation, reference data management.  - Experience in Any Risk/ Risk Management/ Regulatory functions is MUST.  - Experienced user of MS Visio / UML / any Use Case Modeling tools  - Excellent oral & written communication skills, presentation skills with ability to co-ordinate/conduct meetings  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Drive stakeholder meetings to elicit business requirements through a variety of methods interviews, surveys, emails etc. and ensure requirements are adequately reconciled & signed off  - Document and prepare Current and Target State model identifying gaps and enablers  - Develop Business Requirement Specs, Use Cases, Logical Data Model, Requirement Traceability matrix etc.  - Communicate with Technical teams and disseminate information on Functional aspects of Business requirements  - Assist in implementation and support during production rollout, UAT etc.  - Document & Train Business on new functionalities that have been developed
