Business Analyst

- A Business Analyst is expected to develop technical solutions to business problems, This would begin with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements from various stakeholders within the finance team which would subsequently translate into formulating detailed release plans and their timely execution.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of the finance domain, should have successful multiple ERP projects under their belt.

- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

- Work closely and collaborate with engineering and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following :

- Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document)

- Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs

- Ensure application features and process optimization strategy keeps pace with evolving best practices & technology innovations in various back-end applications.

- Experience of Supply Chain & Warehouse Management Module in Microsoft Dynamics AX will be added advantage.

Competencies :

- Education & Qualifications Bachelors in a technical degree

- MBA or PG from a tier 1 institute

- Job Experience 2+ year's experience working as a business analyst on a mainstream ERP or CRM application.

- Technical Skills Supply chain program implementation experience
