Business Analyst Responsibilities

- First Level functional support of the application

- Analyze user requirements and Business processes and develop functional specification for IT

- Manage the timely delivery of portfolio of Maintenance and enhancement around the application, ensuring that a structured approach is used from capture to resolution

- Liase with users for User Acceptance testing and migration testing up to successful delivery of end product

Education Background -

- Qualified Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance, Bachelor's Degree or any Master's Degree

- 4 to 7 years of experience in the field of Accounting and / or Accounting systems and implementation in financial service industry (Reconciliation)

Technical knowledge & Skills:

- Comfortable with basic office tools (Lotus Notes, MS Word, and Outlook)

- Excellent knowledge and use of MS Excel

Preferred Industry / Domain experience:

- Former experiences within a Finance function in Banking and Financial Services

- Experience must include Business Analysis and testing experience

Behavioural Skills / Competencies:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or accounting levels.

- Ability to work effectively in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
