The Transformation Business Analyst is to provide business analysis expertise and support to elaborate and document the business deliverables working on the Traded Risk Transformation projects, programmes & portfolios. These projects are typically global projects driven by the Global Traded Risk Transformation function.

The Traded Risk Transformation Portfolio covers projects that span:

- Global Traded Risk driven initiatives

- Offshore driven initiatives

- Regional Traded Risk driven initiatives

- Front Office driven initiatives

- Regulatory initiatives

Business-As-Usual (BAU) change :

- The Transformation Business Analyst will be aligned to a risk domain and / or type of change specialism.

- The Transformation Business Analyst may be expected to travel for projects within and outside their home country.

- The Transformation Business Analyst will also support Regional projects driven from the regional hubs in the Asia Pacific, Americas and EMEA regions.

- The Offshore BA Team will support the Offshore initiatives that are coordinated and managed from the GSCs; typically offshoring, process re-engineering and streamlining. Finally there is a constant stream of smaller BAU changes that are needed to be delivered that do not require a project structure.

- The BA role will be responsible for and lead the change lifecycle for one or more applications in the Traded Risk Systems landscape. The Offshore BA Team will be responsible for capturing and analyzing all enhancement requests raised by the Business and other stakeholders. This includes documenting and agreeing business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements.

- The Offshore BA Team works closely with the Traded Risk IT teams; who design and build the solutions.

- The Offshore BA Team is responsible for test planning and support to facilitate user acceptance testing and may be required to support some project management responsibilities from time to time.
